The Bailey Family: Almost into April

Wow, I didn't realize that it has been over 3 months since my last post. Things around the Bailey household have been a little busy. In January Brian started going to SMCC 4 evenings a week. He is currently in Liberal Studies, with the possibility of going into pluming in the fall. He is still at lowes 40 hours and the deli 10. So he is a busy man! As for me, I am trying to keep things together at the house, being a mom and work. (Oh and Brian and I just got back from Vacation, so there are a random assortment of photos from the past 3 months!!)

Brian and I both are doing well and love hanging out with the little man as much as we can! He is growing up so fast and he is a blast to be around. Colby has such a personality. One minute he can be so sweet hugging his friends or giving something to someone and then another minute he is running around screaming, but that is a toddler for you!!

At the 21 month mark Colby weighed in at 25.1 lbs on our scale at home! Brian found out his weight because Colby was dragging the scale around using it as a step!! He is something else!

Over the past few months Colby is talking more and wanted to do things himself. He no longer uses sign language to speak, except when he says water! He helps us around the house often whether it is vacuuming, cooking, laundry or putting away toys, he wants to do it all! His latest kick is swimming. We go to our friends indoor club house to swim and Colby LOVES it! He jumps in and goes under and comes up laughing! He also kicks his legs and likes to splash! He loves the water as much as his momma!!
