Getting too big!!!

The Bailey Men watching a little football!

Life is going well here for the Bailey Family!!
Over the past week, Colby has changed a lot. He is laughing a lot more espically with Brian! He is also laughing back at us when we laugh at him!! He is such a little happy guy who we are madly in love with! Colby's newest things are: licking his teething rings, moving himself around in his excersaucer, holding on for dear life to hair and anything he can grab, holding his legs up when he gets a diaper change and turning his head when you talk to him! He is also getting so excited when he sees brian or I! It is soo wonderful!!

His first almost full nights sleep (8pm-4:30) on the 17th, then again on the 22nd and 23rd! We were hoping for 3 nights in a row, but that didn't happen. Since then he has been waking up around 1130 and 2 and Brian or I pop his kaka in his mouth, but by 3-330 he is ready to eat again! So we are back to our pattern of at least once a night if not twice...
On Friday evening we spent some time outside around our yard. And Colby got to ride in the bob for the first time! He looks so little in the stroller, but yet so big! He is around 15 lbs now and about 25 inches long! We measured him on Sunday and those were the results!!

Today was as busy but great day! We had a yard sale at Heidis house with about 15 families to benefit my dear friend amanda who had a heart transplant about 8 weeks ago! We raised a lot of money and got rid of some of our things! I will be having another yard sale next sat to see if I can sell more! Colby was wonderful all day! He had a crying spell in the early am at the sale, but he got over it by napping! We do have the best baby in the world!!

Brian and I came home after the yard sale to clean up our house. It was such a mess since we have not been home and we were getting ready for the sale. It is now clean and looking good! For dinner mom and dad came by with some yummy chicken, rice and corn! It is wonderful to have them over for dinner! Right before we ate, Colby was getting hungry, so Brian and I broke down and gave him cereal for the first time. I was hesitant on giving it to him just because he is young, but from other mothers suggestions, it was time! We are hoping for a full nights sleep! We will keep you posted!
